This set of birch tree designed end tables are made of solid wood. They are a nice heavy quality rustic set. The tables are painted in charcoal and light grey with hints of chestnut and blues along the accent edges. The tops have been refinished with dark stain and 3 coats of polyurethane that is used for flooring to add durability. All flaws are part of the character of this rustic cottage/farmhouse set and kept to add to the rustic character. These tables make a great addition to any cottage or farmhouse decor. Nice for a bedroom or living area.
